Refund policy

All returns must be authorized by Adel Restaurant Equipment and requested within 30 days of purchase. At Adel Restaurant's equipment discretion, returns may be subject to a restocking fee no greater than 20%. Only products that were purchased from Adel Restaurant equipment and include all of the original packaging, labeling, manuals and accessories will be eligible for return.
